Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 9 slices of cooked ham
  • 3 cups cream cheese spread
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

in cream and melted cheese sauce

Cut the white part of the leek into approximately 10 cm long pieces, wash, and boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain well. Melt the cheese with a little milk in a saucepan. This should create a creamy sauce. Wrap each leek with a slice of ham and place in a baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over it. Bake at approximately 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
