Leek and Potato Stew
The perfect leek and potato stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Rods Leek
- 300 g Potato
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Raw Krakow
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Bay leaves
- 30 g Butter
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Clean and wash the leek and cut into 1 cm thick slices
- Peel and roughly dice the potatoes
- Finely dice the onion
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the leek, potatoes and onion in it
- Pour the vegetable stock, add the bay leaves, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Let simmer until the vegetables are cooked firm to the bite
- Dice the raw Krakauer, add and bring to the boil again
