Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg leek
  • 250 g dried meat or ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Paprika powder
  • Aromat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the quark, margarine, flour, and salt into a smooth dough. (This is easy to do by hand.) Finely chop the dried meat (you can also use diced ham) and fry. Slice the leek into rings. Add to the dried meat and season well. Let it rest until the broth is absorbed. Roll out the dough on a round fruit cake tray (28 cm) or a tart dish. First, sprinkle the cheese on the dough. Then spread the leek mixture on top. Now whisk the cream with the eggs and pour over the dough. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) top and bottom heat. Serve with Federweißer or white wine.
