Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 handful of bacon, diced, fried until crispy (e.g. bacon)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dash of cream, if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
on bread or with boiled potatoes
Finely slice the leek, mix with the cream cheese, diced bacon, and salt. If the mixture is too thick, add a dash of cream. Tastes great on fresh bread or as a side dish with boiled potatoes.
