Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta of your choice
  • 20 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 15 White mushrooms
  • 250 g Processed herb cheese
  • 200 g Leek vegetables, ready, had something left over
  • 80 ml White wine
  • Salt, pepper from the mill,

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta al dente. Put on the leek vegetables and add the sliced mushrooms and the cocktail tomatoes. Halve the larger tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and white wine. Add processed cheese and dissolve.
  • P.S. Next time I'll have more cheese, I actually like the sauce very creamy, but my buddy likes this variant. And? Has anyone missed meat? A cucumber salad with it, you can't complain about that.
  • P.S. You can also buy frozen leeks. Gently thaw 250 g and stew with a little water. Season with nutmeg and salt.
