Mushrooms in Herb Cream …

The perfect mushrooms in herb cream … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g White mushrooms
  • 30 g Branded butter
  • 0,5 small Diced onion
  • 1 Bit Chopped from the china garlic
  • 3 Sprigs of parsley curled up
  • 3 Parsley sprigs smooth
  • 3 Lemon and thyme sprigs
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 0,5 dice Mashed gravy
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. The mushrooms were the Saturday decoy at N … o and cost 1, – € (500 g) …. I couldn’t resist that.
  2. Preparation: Clean the mushrooms with a brush (please do not “wash”), cut off the stems and quarter the heads. Chop the stems very finely with a large knife. Pluck the thyme leaves from the branches and finely chop the parsley.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped mushroom stalks in it until the liquid has evaporated completely and the mushroom stalks start to fry. Now add the onions, garlic, half of the chopped parsley and also the thyme.
  4. Deglaze with the cream, season with pepper, salt and the gravy, add the mushroom caps, then stir the vegetables with the lid on and cook for about 10 minutes over a very mild heat.
  5. Season again to taste and serve sprinkled with the remaining parsley. We had a veal cheek and new jacket potatoes with it.
