Leek – Omelette

The perfect leek – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • 20 g Butter
  • Pepper / salt / nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 Milliliters Coffee cream
  • 2 tablespoon Grated cheese
  • Salt
  1. Cut the light part of the leek into small pieces and wash. Melt the butter in a pan, add the leek while dripping wet and sauté on a low heat. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  2. Mix the eggs with the cream and grated cheese, season with salt. Spread the eggs evenly over the leeks. Cover and let stand.
  3. Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with chives and parsley … and let taste … 😉
