Leek – Omelette
The perfect leek – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 pole Leek
- 20 g Butter
- Pepper / salt / nutmeg
- 2 Eggs
- 30 Milliliters Coffee cream
- 2 tablespoon Grated cheese
- Salt
- Cut the light part of the leek into small pieces and wash. Melt the butter in a pan, add the leek while dripping wet and sauté on a low heat. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
- Mix the eggs with the cream and grated cheese, season with salt. Spread the eggs evenly over the leeks. Cover and let stand.
- Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with chives and parsley … and let taste … 😉
