Minced Meat – Omelette

The perfect minced meat – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Some onion
  • Fat for frying
  • 50 g Minced meat
  • Pepper salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 Milliliters Coffee cream
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
  1. Finely dice the onion. Fry in a little fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the eggs with the cream and chopped parsley, season with salt. Spread the eggs evenly over the minced meat. Cover and let stand.
  3. Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with radishes and parsley … and let them taste good … 😉
