Minced Meat – Omelette
The perfect minced meat – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Some onion
- Fat for frying
- 50 g Minced meat
- Pepper salt
- 2 Eggs
- 20 Milliliters Coffee cream
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
- Finely dice the onion. Fry in a little fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the eggs with the cream and chopped parsley, season with salt. Spread the eggs evenly over the minced meat. Cover and let stand.
- Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with radishes and parsley … and let them taste good … 😉
