Leek Stew with Meatballs

- 3 Rods Leek
- 2 Sausages
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Nutmeg
- Rama Culinesse
- 8 Floury potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Meatsoup
- Rama Cremefine for cooking
- 3 teaspoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Put some Rama Culinesse in a saucepan. Peel the potato and cut into slightly larger cubes. Clean the leek and cut the green leek into pieces. Put the leek pieces and the potato cubes in a saucepan, fill with water, add salt and meat stock and let it boil.
- Cut the white leek into rings. Cut the sausages into pieces and shape into dumplings. Now add the three teaspoons of flour to the pot and stir well. Add the leek rings and let everything continue to cook.
- Add the Rama Cremefine, stir in and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the meatballs and let simmer over medium heat.
