Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups leeks, frozen
- 1 cup potatoes, boiled
- ½ cup(s) milk
- ¾ tbsp broth, instant powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- pepper
- possibly salt
- Allspice d’Espelette
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Leek “mixed up”
Bring the milk to a boil and season with broth, pepper, Espelette pepper, and nutmeg. Add the leek, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes (do not boil). Add the potatoes and mash. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. I usually serve this with meatloaf or meatballs.
