Leftover Cake
The perfect leftover cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pizza dough for a tray
- 1 small box Peas and carrots, or other vegetables
- 4 Discs Ham, diced
- 3 Onions, cut into strips
- 2 Eggs
- 0,75 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, caraway seeds, soy sauce
- Who still likes cheese?
- Simply roll out the pizza dough on a tray, roll an approx. 1-2 cm higher edge on the edge so that the filling stays in the area.
- Steam the onions, fry the ham cubes briefly, add the vegetables. Season everything, mix with creme fraiche and mix in the 2 raw eggs.
- Spread the filling on the dough, if you like, sprinkle some cheese on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. A cucumber salad goes well with it 🙂
