Leftover Cake

The perfect leftover cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pizza dough for a tray
  • 1 small box Peas and carrots, or other vegetables
  • 4 Discs Ham, diced
  • 3 Onions, cut into strips
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,75 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, caraway seeds, soy sauce
  • Who still likes cheese?
  1. Simply roll out the pizza dough on a tray, roll an approx. 1-2 cm higher edge on the edge so that the filling stays in the area.
  1. Steam the onions, fry the ham cubes briefly, add the vegetables. Season everything, mix with creme fraiche and mix in the 2 raw eggs.
  1. Spread the filling on the dough, if you like, sprinkle some cheese on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. A cucumber salad goes well with it 🙂
