Broccoli and Almond Sauce Over Pasta
The perfect broccoli and almond sauce over pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Fresh broccoli
- 1 medium sized Diced onion
- 30 g Vegan butter
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 100 g Almond milk
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Freshly ground nutmeg

- 300 g Cooked pasta

- 2 half Date tomatoes
- 2 tsp Vegan grated cheese
- Divide the broccoli, cut off the florets and cut the stem into small pieces, cook everything in the vegetable stock until firm to the bite, strain and put aside in the sieve.
- Brown the onions in the vegan butter, dust with the rice flour and pour in the vegetable stock (cook from the broccoli) and stir well, bring to the boil, now pour in the almond milk, season with nutmeg and heat briefly. Now whisk in the almond butter and the sauce will be creamy.
- Now place the broccoli pieces in the sauce and heat everything together.
- At the same time, cook the pasta, preheat the plates and then arrange and decorate them.
