Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 20 g tomato(s), dried
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 100 g Parmesan, only fresh!
- 2 servings of pizza dough
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the mushrooms and slice the cleaned spring onions into rings. Sauté both in butter, season with salt and pepper, and let cool. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Mix everything with the crème fraîche. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet or bake two individual pizzas. Spread the mixture over the dough and bake as usual.
