Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g flour
  • 50 g starch flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice
  • 200 ml olive oil or other vegetable oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

very simple, without dairy products, without animal fat

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the oil, flour, baking powder, cornstarch, lemon juice, and zest one at a time and mix. Pour into a silicone mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 50 minutes.
