Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine, soft
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 125 g starch flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp rum
- 2 tsp lemon juice or lemon concentrate
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Gradually combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the sifted flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, stir in the rum and lemon juice, and mix until a smooth batter forms. Bake the batter in a loaf pan or ring pan at approximately 180°C for 45 to 60 minutes.
