Lemon chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 750 g potatoes
  • 375 g onion(s), diced
  • 50 g oil
  • 3 lemons
  • 3 tbsp thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry. Peel and quarter the potatoes and onions. Squeeze the lemons and mix the juice with the oil and thyme in a large bowl. First, coat the chicken thighs with the marinade, then toss the potatoes and onions with the remaining marinade. Place the potatoes and onions in a baking dish and place the chicken thighs on top. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
