Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Fat for frying
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and make a batter. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Scoop out small portions of the batter with a teaspoon and drop them into the hot oil with a second teaspoon. Fry the gnocchi on both sides until golden brown. Reduce the heat slightly during cooking if necessary. Remove the gnocchi from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper to drain or cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve. They taste best freshly baked.
