Lemon Chicken

The perfect lemon chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Boneless chicken legs
  • 600 g 3 Schlegel
  • 600 g Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 600 g Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 600 g Sweet paprika
  • 600 g Mace
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 Sliced ​​salt lemon pickled
  • 4 small Onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh thyme
  1. Season the chicken well with the above spices. I used boned mallets because my friend doesn’t like to gnaw! 🙂 But you can just as easily use mallets with bones and possibly split / cut in half on the bone!

Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat!

  1. Cut the lemons into wedges, peel the onions and also cut them into wedges. Peel and grate the garlic. Wash and shake thyme. Put everything in a baking dish and add oil, white wine, thyme. Mix the chicken well with everything. Place the chicken so that it lies nicely on the onions / lemons, skin facing up!
  2. Now bake the chicken in the oven for 35 minutes. Then set it to 250 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy! 🙂
  3. Baked potatoes, baguettes … 🙂
