Lemon Chicken
The perfect lemon chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Boneless chicken legs
- 600 g 3 Schlegel
- 600 g Seasoned salt from my KB
- 600 g Garlic pepper from my KB
- 600 g Sweet paprika
- 600 g Mace
- Telly cherry pepper
- 1 Organic lemon
- 1 Sliced salt lemon pickled
- 4 small Onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 100 ml White wine
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
- Season the chicken well with the above spices. I used boned mallets because my friend doesn’t like to gnaw! 🙂 But you can just as easily use mallets with bones and possibly split / cut in half on the bone!
Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat!
- Cut the lemons into wedges, peel the onions and also cut them into wedges. Peel and grate the garlic. Wash and shake thyme. Put everything in a baking dish and add oil, white wine, thyme. Mix the chicken well with everything. Place the chicken so that it lies nicely on the onions / lemons, skin facing up!
- Now bake the chicken in the oven for 35 minutes. Then set it to 250 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy! 🙂
- Baked potatoes, baguettes … 🙂
