Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice
  • 1 tube(s) condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 4 dl cream
  • possibly raspberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

prepared very quickly

Combine the lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Add the condensed milk and natural yogurt and mix. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the mixture. Pour into glasses and refrigerate. The cream also tastes great with fresh raspberries as the first layer, followed by the lemon cream.
