Lemon-ginger-honey health juice

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 organic lemons
  • 300 g organic ginger
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the ginger and place it in a saucepan. Peel the lemons and add the peels to the ginger. Add enough water to cover. Simmer gently for 20 minutes. In the meantime, squeeze the lemons and mix with the honey. Drain the ginger and lemon peels in a sieve, reserving the liquid. Let it cool, then mix with the honey and lemon juice and bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy a sip every now and then. Tip: If the mixture is too strong for you, you can use more water and honey.
