Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ bottle flavoring (lemon)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 g almonds
  • 1 packet of powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Knead together the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and lemon oil. Then knead in the almonds. Let rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick and cut out heart-shaped shapes. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, squeeze the lemon juice and mix the icing with the powdered sugar to make the glaze. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately glaze them. Let cool.
