Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 3 tsp herbs, fresh and finely chopped (chives, parsley
- Paprika powder or cayenne pepper
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer for about two minutes until fluffy. Season to taste, then shape into a herb butter roll or pour into a mold and chill. Variations of this lemon herb butter include a pure herb or garlic butter, as well as a simple lemon salt butter. Each variety is delicious with bread or steak.
