Pour boiling water over the tea bags in a teapot and let it steep for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, rinse the lemon with hot water, slice it, and divide it between two 1-liter carafes, for example. Add the stevia and honey. When the tea is ready, divide it between the two carafes and fill with cold water. Stir again and refrigerate. After 1-2 hours, it will be thoroughly chilled. You can also add ice cubes and mint, if desired. It also tastes good with peach and orange.
