Lemon olive oil sauce for lettuce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients well until the sugar has dissolved. The sauce is very simple and quick to make, but it’s highly addictive and even children will enjoy it. It tastes best over lettuce or lamb’s lettuce; with iceberg lettuce, it brings out the bitterness of the iceberg lettuce, which doesn’t taste as good.
