Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 350 g margarine
- 350 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 lemons (unsprayed), grated peel, some lemon juice
- 350 g flour
- 12 g baking powder
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the ingredients in a batter. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and smooth it out. Place a piece of aluminum foil, folded over several times, in front of the batter. Bake for about 20 minutes at 175-200°C (preheated oven). Sift the powdered sugar and mix it with the lemon juice until smooth and thick. Spread it over the cooled cake.
