Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spelt pasta
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 60 ml vegetable stock
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 lemon(s)
- 5 sprigs of dill
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Squeeze the lemon and finely chop the onion. Wash the dill, remove the stems, and finely chop. Cut the salmon into small pieces or strips. Sauté the onion in the butter and deglaze with the stock. Add the lemon juice and stir in the crème fraîche. Bring to a boil briefly, then stir in the dill. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and toss well with the sauce. Serve with the salmon.
