Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 limes, grated zest and juice
  • 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sugar, brown
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 dl olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the grated lime zest with the lime juice, mustard, shallot, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil and whisk well. Stir in the chives and season the vinaigrette with pepper. Pairs well with tomato and mozzarella salad.
