Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large lemons, untreated
  • 50 g lemon(s) – acid
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 liter of hot water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Wash the lemons and zest them. Then squeeze out the juice. Mix the lemon zest with the sugar, citric acid, and hot water, let it cool. Then add the lemon juice. Pour the syrup into a bottle and let it steep in the refrigerator for a day. To drink, fill a juice glass approximately 1 cm high with the syrup and top up with cold mineral water.
