Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • e.g. orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients, pour into a loaf pan, and bake at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes! Great for children’s birthdays. Tip: You can make a glaze from powdered sugar and orange juice and cover the cake with it.
