Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 225 g jasmine rice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 43 g butter
- 35 g pine nuts
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- n. B. Lemon zest, grated
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
Prepare the rice according to the manufacturer’s instructions, adding a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and add the pimento, allowing both to brown slightly. Add everything to the cooked rice. Mix everything with chives, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper.
