Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 1 can of lentils
  • 2 sausages (knackers)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cube of beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Water
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Chop the vegetables, potatoes, and sausages. Finely chop the onion, then fry it in fat. Add the vegetables, potatoes, sausages, and lentils (strained first) to the pot. Pour in water until everything is covered. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle in the stock cube, stir, and simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes. When the vegetables are tender, the stew is ready. Serve with bread dumplings or bread.
