Lettuce hearts in a special way

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of lettuce (lettuce hearts)
  • 1 large mango(s)
  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g sprouts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 250g mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, wash the lettuce hearts and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Then, peel and pit the mango and avocado and add them to the bowl. Now, wash and slice the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and add them as well. Cut the mozzarella into small strips and add them. Finally, scatter the washed sprouts over the salad and season with spices to taste. Stir well and serve.
