Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g mango(s), ripe
- 50 g apple
- 50 g strawberries
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp syrup or honey
- Cranberry syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with buttermilk and yogurt
Wash and halve the strawberries. Peel the mango and apple and also cut them into pieces. Place the fruit and the remaining ingredients in a tall container, blend thoroughly with an immersion blender, and serve the drink in a glass. I used cranberry syrup for sweetener. Maple syrup or honey also work well.
