Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, melted
- 180 g brown sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 5 tsp licorice (powder)
- 5 tsp licorice (sprinkles), salty
- 50 g dark chocolate, chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
Danish recipe, makes about 30 cookies
Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar, then add the egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, and licorice powder and add to the mixture. Finally, fold in the licorice sprinkles and chopped chocolate. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 160°C for about 8 minutes.
