Ingredients
 

Licorice Syrup:

  • 250 ml Water, boiling
  • 100 g Soft liquorice, black out of the bag
  • 3 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Beet syrup
  • 1 pinch Table salt

Instructions
 

Licorice Syrup:

  • Pour boiling water over the ingredients in the kettle and stir everything well until everything has dissolved and pour into a glass carafe or syrup bottle when the liquid has cooled down.

Match with:

  • For bartending, serving coffee and mixing cakes and desserts.

Note:

  • Time consumption within a week is the order of the day.
