Licorice Syrup

The perfect licorice syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Licorice Syrup:

  • 250 ml Water, boiling
  • 100 g Soft liquorice, black out of the bag
  • 3 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Beet syrup
  • 1 pinch Table salt

Licorice Syrup:

  1. Pour boiling water over the ingredients in the kettle and stir everything well until everything has dissolved and pour into a glass carafe or syrup bottle when the liquid has cooled down.

Match with:

  1. For bartending, serving coffee and mixing cakes and desserts.

Note:

  1. Time consumption within a week is the order of the day.
