Light buttermilk dressing for leaf salads

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), juice and zest
  • 2 pinches of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tsp. stock, granulated
  • some parsley, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Pour the buttermilk into a small jug, press in the garlic, and add the lemon juice and zest. Season well with the spices, stir, and drizzle over the salad.
