  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 150 g Ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 200 g Butter
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 125 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 Msp Ground carnations
  • 400 g Cranberries from the glass
  • 2 tbsp Jam z. B. strawberry or raspberry
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Knead into a dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Finally knead briefly with your hands. Wrap in foil and put in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Roll out 2 / 3 of the dough on a greased baking sheet dusted with flour. Mix the cranberries with 2 tablespoons of jam and spread on the dough. Roll out the rest of the dough on a floured surface about 0.5 cm thin and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Top the cake with it. Alternatively, you can rub out 1 cm wide strips and cover the cake diagonally with a grid.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (or fan oven 150 degrees) for about 35 minutes. Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
