Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla flavor), reduced calorie
  • 250 g sugar or sweetener
  • 200 g margarine or butter, semi-skimmed
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • e.g. canned fruit, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the fruit and pour into a baking dish. Spread the fruit over the mixture and press it in lightly. Place everything in a preheated oven at 170°C (top and bottom heat) and bake for 1 hour. Let the cake cool in the oven for half an hour after baking to reduce the risk of it collapsing. It doesn’t taste like a diet cake; it’s truly delicious!
