Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
- ½ small bottle(s) of bitter almond flavoring
- 1 small bottle(s) flavoring (lemon)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 150 g margarine
- 250 g quark
- 150 g raisins
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- 100 g candied orange peel
- Butter, liquid, for spreading
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients up to and including the quark into a dough, then knead in the raisins, almonds, and candied orange peel. Form the dough into two small stollen. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 55 minutes. Let the stollen cool, brush with melted butter, and dust with powdered sugar.
