Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 120 g cooked ham
  • 500 g pasta (wholemeal pasta)
  • 2 tsp herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 g processed cheese, semi-skimmed
  • 1 pack of grated, reduced-fat cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

WW suitable

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Dice the onions, bell peppers, and cooked ham. Briefly sauté the diced onions in oil. Mix the pasta with the onions, bell peppers, cooked ham, and herbs. Transfer to a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat the broth and melt the cheese in it, then season with pepper. Pour the cheese broth over the pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
