Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp, stalked chives, dried
  • ½ tbsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tsp beet syrup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with sugar beet syrup

Simply place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add your choice of salad, mix well, and enjoy.
