Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g lettuce(s)
  • 250 g arugula
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
  • 10 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mustard, or curry powder
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Goes well with steak.

Wash and chop the vegetables. Place them in a bowl. Mix the natural yogurt with the mustard or curry powder. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and toss with the salad.
