Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 30 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp sweetener, liquid
  • 600 g apples
  • 100 g sour cream
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, oil, egg, low-fat quark, and 1/2 teaspoon of sweetener to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough and place it in a springform pan lined with baking paper, creating a small raised edge. Peel, quarter, core, and thinly slice the apples. Arrange the apple slices on the dough. Season the sour cream with cinnamon, season with the remaining sweetener, and spread over the apple slices. Bake the apple pie in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and cut into 16 slices.
