Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g ground almonds can be omitted
  • 450 g flour
  • 120 g margarine, possibly semi-skimmed
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

the not-so-greasy version, where the cookies are still incredibly delicious!

Quickly knead the ground almonds with the flour, margarine, 200g powdered sugar, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla sugar into a dough. Chill for one hour. Form the dough into thin rolls, cut into approximately 5cm long pieces, and shape them into croissants. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, dust the croissants generously with powdered sugar.
