Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml oil, e.g. rapeseed, sunflower or olive
- 2 cloves garlic, more to taste
- 100 ml milk, room temperature
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 leaves of parsley, for garnishing
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper, for garnishing

quick and tasty for fish, meat or vegetables, without egg yolk
Peel and quarter the garlic. Combine all ingredients in a tall, narrow bowl, ideally a blender cup. Blend with the blender for 1 minute. The aioli will thicken very quickly. Then pour into small bowls, garnish with parsley and pepper, and refrigerate or serve immediately.
