Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 300 g sugar
- 8 eggs
- 200 g chocolate, softened
- 100 g flour, smooth
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 packs of chocolate pudding powder
- 1 jar jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
very chocolatey
Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and chocolate in a bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, and pudding mix and sift over the top. Stir well and pour into a prepared 26cm cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Once cooled, slice in half or twice and fill with jam, decorate as desired, or cover with chocolate glaze.
