Lightning-fast butter cake (mug cake)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 100 g almond(s), slivers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gradually fold in the eggs. Combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder and stir in. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the mixture on it. Bake in the oven (preheated to 180°C) for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter, sugar, milk, and almonds in a saucepan. Remove the cake from the oven and spread the topping on top. Bake for another 10 minutes.
