  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • some sugar or sweetener if desired
  • 4 tbsp yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • n. B. Apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the carrots with the yogurt and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar. If you like, you can add half a grated apple for a fruitier salad.
