- 10 m.-sized carrot(s), peeled, grated
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- some salt and pepper from the mill
- some sugar or sweetener if desired
- 4 tbsp yogurt, 0.1% fat
- n. B. Apple
Instructions

Mix the carrots with the yogurt and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar. If you like, you can add half a grated apple for a fruitier salad.
