Lightning-fast cheesecake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 pack of cream pudding powder, for cooking
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 310 g puff pastry, frozen or from the refrigerated counter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Great for baking haters and beginners!

Combine the quark, pudding powder, sugar, and egg yolk. Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff and stir into the quark mixture. Grease a springform pan and line it with the puff pastry. Form a thin roll from a piece of the puff pastry sheet and shape it into a rim. Spread the quark mixture on top and bake in the preheated oven. First, bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (convection oven), then reduce the temperature to 150°C (for another 35 minutes). Allow to cool completely in the springform pan (this is important!) before removing the pan from the pan.
