- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g butter
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp mustard

Melt the butter in the microwave. Place the egg yolks, yogurt, and mustard in a tall mixing bowl. Slowly pour in the butter while blending thoroughly with an immersion blender. Season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Note: This recipe requires a immersion blender. It won’t work without one!
